Assurance Review — £750 one-off

Fixed-scope diagnostic covering current cyber posture, supplier and contract exposure, telecoms estate, Microsoft 365 security, Cyber Essentials readiness gaps and resilience — delivered as a written report with a prioritised action list within 10 working days.

Core Retainer — from £2,000/month

Monthly retained advisory across cybersecurity, telecoms and IT strategy. Senior guidance on demand without a full-time hire. Up to 5 advisory hours/month.

Board / Regulated Retainer — from £3,500/month

Everything in the Core Retainer plus quarterly board summary, incident response planning and deeper governance support. Up to 9 advisory hours/month.

Healthcare / HSCN / MSP Readiness — from £5,000/month

For organisations with higher compliance, resilience and regulatory requirements. Full scope agreed after an Assurance Review. Up to 12 advisory hours/month.
