1. Introduction

CB Solve and Connected Business Solve are trading names of Solve Business Connected Ltd ("CBS", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17286911. This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on cbsolve.com and how visitors can control optional measurement.

2. Consent Model

Strictly necessary technologies may operate where they are required to provide the website or a service requested by the visitor. Analytics, marketing and preference technologies are activated only where the relevant consent has been recorded through the CB Solve consent controls.

3. Technologies We Use

Strictly Necessary: consent preference storage, session/security controls and payment-related technologies where a payment service is used.

Analytics — consent required: Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Google Analytics 4. CB Solve strips query strings and fragments from Vercel telemetry, excludes authenticated operator routes and restricts custom business-event metadata to a defined non-PII allowlist.

Marketing — consent required: Google Ads measurement may be configured only after marketing consent.

Preferences — consent required unless strictly necessary: interface settings such as theme or sidebar state where used.

4. Google Consent Mode

Google Consent Mode is initialised with analytics and advertising storage denied. The site does not load Google's analytics or advertising network script merely because time passes or a visitor scrolls, clicks or otherwise interacts with the page. Google network code is requested only after analytics and/or marketing consent has been recorded.

5. Vercel Observability

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are mounted by the application only after analytics consent. Optional business-event telemetry is also consent-gated and accepts only event-specific metadata fields designed to exclude customer contact details, free-text content, CRM identifiers and chat transcripts.

6. Managing Preferences

You can use the cookie controls provided by the website to accept, reject or manage optional categories. Browser settings can also be used to delete locally stored preferences and cookies.
